Hey there Reader I try not to send more than one email a week. I also refuse to try to time markets. I am a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Warren Buffett fan. I like boring, and not guessing. The news talks alot about what the Fed will do with rates (recently it has been about lowering rates). There is an expectation (not from me, I dont make these predictions EVER) that rates may be lowered this week. I keep reading so much bad news about what happens when rates are lowered. Nonsense like mortgage rates will drop. The writers apparently dont know that mortgage rates are tied to long term bonds and the Fed manages super short term rates. So I made this video. Watch it and share it with who needs to see it. After you watch it, like it if you like it, subscribe, and do all those things that let me know i didn't waste my time on it. Forgive the AI voice. It's necessary for me to use an AI voice to create these videos. That way I am not wasting the free time I've earned on narrating videos, since I don't like narrating videos. Let’s keep growing together, Quick Favor 🛠️ If you enjoy these emails, occasionally please click a link, give me a reply even if it just says thanks, or open the email fully (not just in a preview pane). Otherwise, the email software might think you’re not interested and stop sending them to you—crazy, I know! Let's Get Social 👋 If you want to connect further, check out my socials below. |

Hey there Reader I want to address this question: "why would you, as a man, want to retire early. Someone said it on Twitter (or X, or whatever its called!). I want to share my answer with you, because I think it matters to those of you looking to build wealth. I replied with: "As a man who retired early I: -am ever present for my wife -am ever present for my kids. I dont start my day stressed, I dont come home stressed. They get engaged parents that are available to them in every way. -from...
Hey there Reader When I used to manage teams that created reports that went to the C-Suite I did things a little different. I insisted that on every report they add talking points in the footnotes. I said, "if your audience needs to find the interesting, you failed......tell them what's interesting". Similiarly, I am writing a book right now. It's about going from $0 to wealth and then using that wealth to buy freedom. At the end of every chapter, I'm stating the "so what". It's even labeled...
Hey there Reader I am not someone that predicts markets. Ever. But I do live in reality.....and reality says we've had a hell of a run since 2008. Thats 17 years. People in their late 30s have experienced an up market for nearly their entire working lives. People just entering the workforce have experienced an up market for as long as they can remember. Down markets happen. This isn't a message to time the market. It's a message of allocate your portfolio according to your time horizon and...
