Hey there Reader When I used to manage teams that created reports that went to the C-Suite I did things a little different. I insisted that on every report they add talking points in the footnotes. I said, "if your audience needs to find the interesting, you failed......tell them what's interesting". Similiarly, I am writing a book right now. It's about going from $0 to wealth and then using that wealth to buy freedom. At the end of every chapter, I'm stating the "so what". It's even labeled "so what". If this sounds like your thing, then follow me on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/author/dadisfire Ignore the book there now, it's just a placeholder for me to learn how to upload a book. Oh, and I know I've said many times I am not selling anything. But I keep getting so many requests on X and from my newsletter to organize the articles on my site into a helpful book. So I am that for those of you who want it. I will give the earnings away. Alright, go hit follow: https://www.amazon.com/author/dadisfire. I want to share my answer with you, because I think it matters to those of you looking to build wealth. I replied with: "As a man who retired early I: -am ever present for my wife -am ever present for my kids. I dont start my day stressed, I dont come home stressed. Hey there Reader I am not someone that predicts markets. Ever. But I do live in reality.....and reality says we've had a hell of a run since 2008. Thats 17 years. People in their late 30s have experienced an up market for nearly their entire working lives. People just entering the workforce have experienced an up market for as long as they can remember. Down markets happen. This isn't a message to time the market. It's a message of allocate your portfolio according to your time horizon and...
Hey there Reader 🔥Remember Remember the 5th of November.....🧨It's more than a poem to me. 4 years ago today I retired at 42.I chose November 5th for a reason. I love the movie V for Vendetta. The 5th of November symbolizes freedom. It was an idea I came up with as a teen...and unlike Guy Fawkes, I nailed it. .......some people earn their freedom.I am one of those people. I am anonymous. But beneath this mask is an idea, and a real person. Let’s keep growing together,Dad is FIRERetired Dad |...
